I think Ghost Pirate should still rule Pirate Crew/Crescent Pirates. I don't see anyone else fit to be leader and he has ruled it forever and so he should still get to rule it. Without him the kingdom will most likely crumble. He was a strict but fair recruiter on 2k1 but he just wanted to recruit the best XD |
