That is a lot what UO is like, RPish, and GM's can change names if needed, and they delete non-proper names.
Another thing I think wud be kool is if you did like they do, they dont have tons of staff, they have GM's and the creators, and you only see a GM if you "page" one, it makes them seem very powerful. Such as my friend was playing on a server called Great Lakes on UO and these 2 guys came and were doing something illegal, and an undercover GM came walking by and was like, isnt that illegal, and they said, "shutup"....(not knowing he was a GM)
so then he turned his name to gold (showing he was a GM) pulled out his uber GM weapon, and killed them both with one hit leaving their stuff to all the watchers....
they are juss like really badass, you respect them, unlike how most staff on graal is not respected.
Also in UO, there are respected killers and things of that sort, there are less guilds...and there are "Player run towns".
To have a Player Run town (On the server Arcodia at least) you have to have at least 3 buildings, which each cost money, I like the Idea of much of this coming to graal, it would be awesome and would bring a lot more mature breed of fans to Graal.
I would love to play and work on this server...
I dont suggest that you make tons of different kinds of staff...
when you are making it, yes, have your NAT's LAT's and stuff, but then make them all one staff when the server goes up, if you need anything added (such as they will add areas for weddings on UO) a GM or whatever you want to call it can make it.
Also make a chat system so they can call a person for help, make it like
Call Admin: "Message"
and it goes into a small chat system or its like a guild message to all Guild Admins....
