First off, I am as American as the day is long and a big fan of the government. I am not a terrorist, an anarchist, or a chaotic. Remember that as you read this.
Second off, ANTHRAX IS A NATURALLY-OCCURING COW DISEASE WHICH CAN SPREAD TO HUMANS. A cow disease. Now will you say that Graal can't have cows because cows imply the possibility of anthrax? Anthrax fits the setting, so why *****?
Third off, Would you really feel better if the skull said "That is the bubonic plague"? The Plague has killed more people than anthrax.
Fourth off, it's been almost a year since the WTC/Pentagon attacks and the anthrax scare. No more than perhaps 1/1000 of people should still flip out every time they read the word "anthrax."
