its...um....there are tons...TONS..of tile errors spread throughout it...the thing earnin it those points is the house, i kinda like that...and the semi-almost-quazi decent edge tiling. But the top half of the level is just terrible...rampant use of those little plant things is unneeded....but basically..tell him to practice a bit more (p.s. the standards here on the forums are amazingly high, you might wanna go by your own reactions in hiring)
