Im rating the second level. The path is nice just too many rocks and same type of dirt for whole thing, randomize it a little and use both types of bordering and it will be seczy, for the houses you used the same type of windows for two of them, which is ok just a little bit repetative. I like the tiling its not too cluttered, maybe just too much of that elevated grass stuff, and the water has too many waves. Id give it 7.5/10, good work.
