Actually from to my knowledge, ALL roms are illegal. If you go to Nintendo.com and look in their FAQ section or somewhere on the site, they specifically mention rom useage and they say that ALL useage of nintendo roms are illegal, no matter if you own a copy of it, have owned a copy of it, or will own a copy of it. Plus you're posting screenshots of a rom, which is supposedly against forum rules and you're supposed to be banned without a warning.
