I completely agree with what your saying, Torankuso, but also, some critism can go to far as to make certain people completely quit the project their working on (yes i've seen it happen and it was because of me.), same thing with staff, if your going to critisize staff on forums where everyone on graal see's them, they're going to either flame or quit their job on the server they are currently working on.
