Anyways, what I think the person who was talking about banning hackers is actually opening up the local ban info and banning, not warping to the ban.graal level. But according to the n-pulse rules, Ban.graal basically is just like getting your local ban info set, so I don't know. Also, trainer's are not illegal on graal, because the privacy policy does not list anything about third-party programs I believe. I may have read it wrong, but who knows.
