yeah i have beatin the game its legal to have the rom too i own the game and the site where i got the emulator said its legal if you have the game if i wanted to i could buy a adapter and upload the game on to my computer. and there was some law passed by bill coltion about some privasy thing where if you work for the government you cant go to site if the owner says government people cant go to it and if you liolate it you get in some truble
