i like the idea that i worked from the bottom up to get my position. I started out just playing DD after about 150 hours i got the job as lat, then after about 6 months i worked my way through the works and ive been admin for about 3 months...and if i stick in my job on DD for long enough ill prolly end up being co-manager or manager some day. It's nice to have that feeling and its a good way to hone your skills before u make a jump into making a playerworld. To make the playerworld u need 2 things. alotta skills, and alotta friends with skills. Thats what you get when you work on current pw's or upcoming pw's in positions of your trade...thats just my experience yours may be different. |
