of course you can run over people and kill them!

but beware... park your car and risk it getting smashed up by a few people... plus, people will be forced to either
a) get their own car
b) use public transportation
so that the purpose of roads. this isnt the first topic about utopia... the others actually had screenshots... so just look for those if you wanna see screenshots...

We'll see. I'm generally a quick and efficient worker... besides, levels are easy, although I would most definately come back to them near the end of the whole project to give them detail and certain charm.
anyhow, utopia is goign to be a MODERN playerworld, with current day technologies- making roads and cars a must- and plenty of other faddish things at the mall as trading items =P
