Police have had many records of jailing people for personal reasons, so I'm not very surprised that !Penguin was jailed for that reason. And what really pisses me off is the fact that Lamer was off duty. The way I see it, players with admin tags shouldn't be able to turn into Super Man when they're provoked. Sure, if you were trying to run a public event or settle a dispute and !Penguin started swording the crap out of you, that's jailing grounds, but if he beat you in a spar when you were off duty... that's out of line.
I simply cannot stress this enough. Players just shouldn't be given administrative powers and still be allowed to play the game on a normal basis.

Technically, Police do not have administrative powers. All they can do is jail people. They don't have GP Boots or anything.
