I've already started work on my new overworld and have been at it for quite some time. 3D terrain is a lot different than the flat levels everyone normally plays on. As far as being 70%-80% done that would include only NPCs which require the special server.
I've absolutely no way to test online them yet! However, if you want to help me reach my goals quicker, then by all means help
