Won't work with the multination system (you can join more than one nation, and you keep all passive powers you have gained from the nations you have joined; nation weapons you get to keep if you are currently in that nation). Everyone that have joined the vampire nation will be unjustly slow during day and overly speedy at night, while people who haven't remain the same (obviously).
Dash (passive, if it's still up) doesn't work well anyway. We tested it in Angel Clan and that was way too much speed, plus the gani refused to surface at the time of activation. Anything with speed should be reconsidered. If bite has gone passive and has a much smaller radius, then that's fine. Lure might be a decent weapon if it WORKS, and maybe some sort of weapon type called Mist would be interesting if that works...(hides from anyone that's not currently in the vamp nation, protects them from some attacks, maybe?)
The main problems right now are with Ceres (underpowered), Dragoons (unless attack), and Babord nation (if it goes Wraith instead of Gnomes after the vote).
