I'm going to have to side with the PROFESSIONAL DIETICIANS on this one - you can in fact get enough protein on a meatless diet, PROVIDED you pay attention to what you eat. You have to eat like an assload of asparagus and stuff to stay healthy. A jellybean and veggiewhopper diet won't cut it, nor will a steak and more steak diet. |
