What do you mean nobody's doing their job? I don't believe it!
In America, we have to be 18 to purchase tobacco products and 21 to purchase alcoholic beverages... I'm not sure on this, but I think you can actually drink if you're 15 or over and somebody else buys it for you... It says you need to be 21 to
purchase, so I assume you don't need to be just to drink it...
