This is alredy in the works. Reviewing has become alot beter, in order for a PW to pass it needs to pass all of the reviewers and either myself, Nemesis, or Psyker.
Inspections will be starting, as well as many other things. Once the policies are ready they will be posted in this forum for people to see. Please be paitent.
