Um, I'd give it a 6/10, perhaps. There doesn't have to be a tile on every single speck of the level. Detail is good, clutter isn't. If I were you I would ease up on the on the grass over other grass, swamp tiles, and kubol sprouts. I think the water and waterfalls look good, but why is it glowing? Also, some of the cliff-to-cliff and cliff-to-water transitions could probably look better with use of other tiles.
Oh, and who is this, Nishoku or WildDude?
