I was kinda being sarcastic, of corse police wouldn't do anything, the only reason the FBI would flinch is if the person was known for something else. I know trojans aren't "godlike" coders, if I were interested in getting banned, I would code a trojan in VB in 2 minutes(APIs to gain access to registry and e-mail out passwd). However my point was that if these people got in any trouble, the trojans disrupting one p2p account, would probably be the smallest of the "charges". Anyways, thing what you like.  I am here to code npcs, not to play with trojans...

You dont need a prior for the fbi to mess with you. When i messed with this program called the palace from communities.com(Before they went bankrupt) I changed their program around so that their popup add wouldnt come up and annoy users and then I gave it out. 2 days later fbi was at my house serving me with papers for 600k I laughed ofcourse =) make a long story short I had deleted all evidence off my comp and they had nothing to go on so they dropped charges and all they managed to do was use a big fat check on their lawyer.
