I was kinda being sarcastic, of corse police wouldn't do anything, the only reason the FBI would flinch is if the person was known for something else. I know trojans aren't "godlike" coders, if I were interested in getting banned, I would code a trojan in VB in 2 minutes(APIs to gain access to registry and e-mail out passwd). However my point was that if these people got in any trouble, the trojans disrupting one p2p account, would probably be the smallest of the "charges". Anyways, thing what you like.
