Account Administration Team is probably one of the hardest jobs on graal, don't say it's easy I know you have been it but you werent it for long. I know 2 people who were it in the past, and they said it wasnt easy, I bet you thought it was tough to, you're just acting like it was not a challenge. I miss Kyle as account manager, I never see Agelaos, even when I am on at odd times(like now). The one previous from Kyle(James205) was also really great.
