Take a look at Delteria. The rule was existing when delteria was submitted AND PASSED AGAIN. If you are going to allow that playerworld to go down because of owner problems, elven lands should be allowed too also.

Actually Delteria was just taken down temporarily because Stefan felt that Ice Pick was not doing his job and abusing power, it was never shut down, just disabled until Stefan could get the whole situation sorted out. When he took it down he had every intention of putting it back on as soon as he could, and we didn't have to resubmit because of this reason. Also, at the time Delteria was getting 100+ players everyday and was a very popular server, unlike Elven Lands. So before you try to justify your reasons with comparasions from other servers get all the facts straight, because I seriously don't like it when people try to make my server look bad because of their own ignorance.
