IF YOU HAVE NO PROOF THEN WHY SHOULD THEY GIVE THE ITEMS TO YOU.
YOU were the one who messed up and downloaded a trojan.
YOU were the one who compromised your own computer and allowed someone else access to your account.
YOU are the one at fault.
