It is your job to hire, fire and manage your Staff , all Nemesis will do is make sure you use the Guidelines set down in the Graal rules.. Nothing more nothing less, he may offer suggestions on working with your Staff and aid you if you have questions on anything , he will be there to help you not hinder you....If you take his advice on how to handle your Staff is up to you...the only thing he will enforce is the following of the Graal rules....
