Perhaps each PW should write up what system they will use for staff-- like a policies and procedures manual for each server, and they would be held to the rules they create for themselfs... This way diffrenet servers could run diferently, but still have rules, for example, an RP server may run diffrently from a Classic server, e.g. no FAQ, GP, etc...
Just some thoughts.

Exactly what I was planning. THere will be a forum section for owners only to place all their ideas and I will personally deal with them.
All their concerns, problems will all go to me, then I will get them executed. If I cannot, I will try and thats what matters. Trying to execute what they need. Rather than saying no.
