I agree with Kondias on this one, as long as you don't shut down the servers or do anything without the owners permission it should be fine.
I don't see what the big fuss is, nor do I see how Nemisis is an "idot" or a "*****" because of this.
If Nemisis can act mature and not abuse his powers then everything should go well.
