You shouldn't look for staff until you show you yourself are capable, and willing, of creating what you want done alone. Once you have set a standard for yourself and your PW then come to the forums looking for staff. Until then, I wouldn't suggest it...with the looks of your PW, you aren't even close yet, no offense. |
