Ok I just read the disclaimer thing and technically he can’t be sued because your computer automatically downloads all the images into you temp files. Also what’s the big deal? People make sigs from images that are taken from anime shows and websites then put their graal name and a little effects on it then say its theirs? Man why are you picking on a guy who used an image from a band he likes web site, its just a sig.
