I know what
you think a release date is, but I
know it is when a product is actually
released, not when the company "predicts" it to be finished. If every game was not released until it was completely bug free there would be no need to download a patch. However companies are smart enough to know that if there are still bugs and the release date comes, you release it with the bugs, then put a patch on the game's website to fix those bugs.
