Alright the begining portion of this Reply made no sense..
Let me prove my point by Stating some Examples.
First off think about Major Corporations like Sony for Instance.
I don't think they would Just Release a game because they "think" It's done, No they run Test after test on the game Making sure it's Ready to Be
Released.
Second off..
Let me Define Release for you:
The act of issuing something for publication, use, or distribution.
Where do you see anything about Guessing it's ready to be released..?
But see if Stefan Keeps making these "Guesses" of his, He may.. No he will lose a lot of Frequent Users, Thus Decreasing not only Funds from Upgraded accounts, But Popularity of the game as well.
