Being liked and whatever has nothing to do with how well someone does the job vs. another. It's all about drive and passion and not for personal gain. People I see, are in it for the power, getting RC access, whining about different stuff, yet people will follow others no matter what.......

I'm saying that a new way to pick staff is needed, with a restriction and rules, also clearly explained job titles, so EVERYONE knows what this person can or cannot do, and does not complain about things being done or not being done because someone has the power to do so.........

Then again being staff is not a popularity contest, your drive is to do the best job you can within your stay on graal, not to see how many people you can be friends with and start a whole "I love So so club because he's 1337" stupid stuff like that.....

Person doesn't have to be liked, just respected......I may not like a lot of people but I do respect what they've done for graal and I'd hope they'd not let other things get in the way and be happy that they are making graal a better place for everyone......Isn't that why there is staff?

Attempt to make graal better for everyone? Rules and restrictions are needed, to make graal a better place.....then again it's my point of view......
