Here's what I think:
Since levels can be designed in practically any way possible (of course, some don't look all that tasty to the eye
), the levels forum should have at least more than one moderator. Two would be nice, three would be the max.
Why?
Everybody has a different style and opinion of what looks good and what doesn't. It would be pretty neat on having an opinion of a level from 2~3 professional (okay, well) level makers, and seeing what they say. One of them might tell the original level creator to place the table to the right a bit, and the other might tell him to have no table at all.
Well, I don't know. It's the master texan's choice.
