Just putting in my 2c. I only read page 1 and what I'm about to say has probably already been discussed to death but I don't care so nyh.

IThis whole points gig has merit, but I can see peoplpe getitng all their firends to vote for them and before we know it there's some guy out there with 200 votes and he's make a horrable addition to the staff; while others will have maybe 30 votes and would be wonderful staff.

Thats my 2c.
