How could you say you haven't seen anything from anyone when you haven't even been on?
I've been the only one on, and when other FAQ's do get on they don't answer people. I'm always getting PM's saying "So and So doesn't answer me, so here's my question."
You do need to revamp the FAQ team, but honestly I don't know if it will be different from before. |
