That was partially attempted before but was never seen through. But yeah, that should work out nicely. However, I think threatening to fire inactive members everytime they slack is bad management and I personally don't believe in it. Should only do that as a last resort when it is evident that the inactive member(s) are not going to do anything long-term to preserve themselves. |
