Question Rat Form stuff
Ok.
I need to know how to program an NPC shop that sells the Rat Form(for testing stuff) and a Rat Form skin.

I also need to know how to make my own Rat Form skin that will work on Classic.
I should have the graphics soon, so is the shop the only thing I'll need for it, or is there something else i'll need to do as well?

I'd really appreciate help in this matter.

EDIT: Ok. I just heard that all I need to do is submit the graphics for the skin to an LAT and tell them where I want it sold.
Is this true?
