Not on Npulse it's not, Admin and Gps have RC on Npulse and only because on "Free Servers " you need RC to jail.The Lat Chief and Asst Chief do to because they upload levels , reg Lats have no use for RC and I will not give it to them as well as FAQ, ET,Nats, GATs, have no use for it. I only give RC to those who need it to do their job only, it is not a toy or a "chat program" tha's what ICQ and Aim are for if they want to chat.Except an Graal Admin who made me give the ET Chief and FAQ Chief RC against my wishes .....grrrrrr. Now the same Admin says I can do it back the other way I had it when they did not have RC... yea made sense to me too....
