Questions concerning global graphics,

Q: My head was accepted, why wont it show up online?
A: There is a problem with the read only file, so I am unable to upload heads, swords, shields, nor am I able to rename them, or delete them with RC FTP. All will work well once this problem is fixed, sadly, I do not have the power to fix it.
