This confuses me:
Alkaren was probably one of the best Police Chiefs ever. He had hired a bunch of great people, and already chose his successor, yet someone who isn't even a Police member gets the Chief job?!
No offense, but that is pushing it. One cannot help but think that there is some sort of secret deal arranged between the higher staff members that this went down. And I do believe Ice Hawk was Chief before, but was fired because he was corrupt or something like that, please clarify for me if I am incorrect. |
