Because it is his (or her) obvious goal to drive players away and to be negative.
That is what I will like about this new p2p system...this will get rid of the negative people (hopefully)...even though they'll continue to launch attacks such as server DDoSing and negative propaganda which is probably more false than true but it's used for the sake of giving power to those who need it to get their way (and because it gives them a sense of purpose
