If I wanted to do secret of mana styling, and everything else, I could.. but I made the characters so they can easily be made by others and so other people can draw clothes and hair and stuff for them. I made them simplistic so they could be easily changed. When every single pixel on your character is a different shade, and it doesn't have outlines and stuff, it's going to be extremely hard to make seperate heads and have others do graphics that resemble it.

Thats reasonable.
For me, I just don't like having other people do work which I could do...heh, I mean, its not that bad to make head graphics, and there are shortcuts around.
