At least Classic staff have had experience before being hired, most people on 2k1 have 2 hrs on Classic, then start playing 2k1 and get 200 hrs onlinetime and get hired for a position. A good example is when Classic was hiring SEVERAL GPs, all I saw was people from Graal2001 snake their way in trying to get hired. Like Brad and others. Guess what? Noone from 2k1 made it, I think maybe 1 did but I don't think so.
