They need more definition in most of the areas.. the shoulders look a little too curved and stiff (kinda like some guy is walking around flexing his upper body muscles all day) The feet are a little long for a 3/4 view.. they kinda feel like they are dangling down and not on the ground.
He seems a little chubby, but besides that, it looks pretty good.. Can't say that I like the coloring choices too much, but some people prefer to get darker.
