Umm, if you're sooooo picky on grammar, why would you start a sentence with "And" ? Sometimes it is okay, when you want to add a literary effect to your righting, but the second and 1st sentences have nothing to do with eachother, therefor no conjunction is needed.
Most of the mistakes aren't necessarily grammatical mistakes either, when infact they are spelling mistakes, often caused by typing errors. As for the use of the "there"s and "their"s, this is the internet, and somethings are faster to type than others
