PayPal is slow for people outside the USA but I already had this conversation with Unixmad and Stefan and they both say they use PayPal because they press charges against people using fake credit cards where as there old payment method didnt. PayPal is one of the few internet payment companys that can afford to charge people using fake credit cards so i doubt you will find anymore. |
