However if G2K1 had the Police with RC I agree... there probably would be alot of corrupt Police. The best solution to that though would be to fire the entire team and re-form it from the ground up. Starting with a reliable Police Admin that has a higher RC than the other Police.
Of course that is probably too much work. It's just a suggestion though.

Yes! Fire the whole Police force when about a third to a half of them do a really great job! ALSO, LET'S GET ANOTHER POLICE CHIEF WHILE WE'RE AT IT! When we already have an extremly adequate one right now!! Geez, *****.
