Problem With Graal In General...
|
Staff care to much about what one person thinks about him/her instead of working hard.
Management plays around with npcs and doesnt care about lower staff.
Higher Management is always overwhelmed with work because of lower staff playing with npcs.
New staff hired aren't screened or tested by serveral other members.
Everything is volunteer.
Support system is depleted.
Updates have decreased as i hear people saying on these forums and the only thing that is keeping it from dieing is it's like a soap opera. People are fighting and not enjoying the game. |
