It is true that Graal is more popular in the US, so it would be logical to move the sever to America, however I doubt Cyberjoueur staff would wanto move to the US.
There is always the possibility of using sattelite, however it would cost a lot to put up and to repair. Hehe, go up by spaceship every time the NPC server goes down.
