I noticed when I was Head Admin/Owner of Mithica, it was very hard to do work, without first getting 20+ PM's. But it wasn't as bad in my time, because FTP was still separate from the RC, so I could always go offline, and upload things without having to be bothered. With this, the players can focus more of their questions to who the questions should go to, and not have to bother the owner, or the admins, who are most often times, busy. |
