If you don't like using filters, and are good with simplistic tools and advanced. I would say Photo Impact surpasses every graphics utility program. You can save your image in (I think) over 50 different file types. It won first place in the UnderGround Graphics contest 2 years in a row. It costs about the same as Paint Shop Pro, yet it's almost better then any painting program. |
